I’ve never been one to wear skirts too often especially short tight ones like this jacquard mini skirt. I love jacquard material mainly because the quality is so sturdy and looks so chic. Most of the times you will see jacquard in floral prints probably why I am a sucker for it. I think I have about 7 dresses in this material! Plus the prints can have several bold colors on them which makes it extremely easy to switch up the look without feeling like an outfit repeater, not that there is anything wrong with that I just love a wardrobe piece you can style in several color variations.
I wanted to share this look because I think its a perfect skirt for the fall and winter season. Its still warm here so I am not quite ready to pair this look with some skin tight over the knee boots, that would look adorable by the way, so I am keeping it cool with block heels.
I am sharing a few ways I styled this look with not much of a drastic difference in the two. We have a few holiday parties coming up and I have been playing with idea of wearing this skirt to one of them. One thing I was stumped on was whether or not to wear my hot pink heels, pink chunky heels, or a black bootie. The first time I wore this skirt I was a little worried not because of the skirt itself but because I am a mom of three and let’s face it, chasing down three kids ages 5-7 months while wearing a not so stretchy skirt that is above the knee is just asking for a wardrobe malfunction. Luckily the only issue I faced was it being hot which is why I say this jacquard fabric is ideal for fall and winter weather.
This skirt sold out but I’ve linked some absolutely adorable ones that I might have to add to my closet!
